When you want to build habit, it often becomes "boring" activity to carry out or to start it.
To carry through it without getting distracted:
- First step is to build a system to make you aware of it like Reminder application.
- Second step is to try to do just little extra when you feel friction in mind.
- Last step is to create "pause" to reflect, log activity done.
To Start:
- Create Hope to find motivation to start when Reminder pops up and then just focus on doing task
- Reflect and create purpose to keep you motivated.
